HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE IN THE VIRTUAL STORE? 

If this is your first purchase, you will need to fill in the form details to complete your registration, including the address where your order must be delivered. 3. Delivery 

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCEDURE WORK AND WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES? 

RICAMBI clarifies that it is only responsible for the DISPATCH of the goods, whose transportation time may vary according to the carrier hired by the customer, the means of transport hired and the recipient's region.

DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REGRET A PURCHASE MADE IN THE VIRTUAL STORE? 

Yes. This is a determination of the Consumer Protection Code. 

Only the exchange or request to withdraw the product will be accepted under the following conditions: 

• The product must be perfectly packaged in the original packaging. 

• No evidence of damage from misuse. 

• Accompanied by the 1st copy of the Sales Invoice or DANFE (Auxiliary Document of Electronic Invoice), as the case may be. 

In the event of non-compliance with any of the conditions listed above, RICAMBI will not accept the request for exchange or return of the product which will be sent to the respective delivery address, reserving the right to collect new freight.
